March began with St. Edward’s School Songwriter’s Night, a fundraiser for the school. Bare branches were brought in and hung up around Liberty Hall at The Factory at Franklin, as well as sheets of white fabric.
We provided lighting to accentuate these pieces. The hall was lit with effect lighting, uplighting, and spotlighting, using equipment such as Chauvet COLORdash Par, AMDJ ProPar56 CWWW, and the Chauvet COLORdash Batten.
We also provided audio for the songwriters with a full sound system with help from the A&H iLive T112 Digital Console and Shure SLX Wireless Handheld Mics. A short throw projector was used to place the logo on the wall and a slide was set up with our video equipment to display sponsors of the evening. After the main event, the lights became sound activated as the dj played tunes for the dance portion of the night.
