We wrapped Jamison Hall’s columns with a white sheer fabric and brought in a double-layered white fabric to act as the backdrop for the wedding ceremony. Uplighting accentuated the fabric and brick walls, while green lighting was used to complement the St. Patrick’s day theme. Lighting Equipment used included Chauvet COLORdash Par, Chauvet COLORdash Batten and AMDJ ProPar56 CWWW.

A custom Gobo was made that displayed the match.com logo, where the couple met. A slideshow was displayed with our video equipment during the father/daughter dance. We also provided Airwave Over-Ear Mics and Shure SLX Wireless Handheld Mics for the speeches and announcements, as well as QSC K12 Speakers and QSC KSubs.

Our very own Peter was delighted to act as announcer and DJ for the event. At the end of the night he jokingly announced the event was “brought to you by match.com”. Everyone had a great time.

We worked from a twenty-page long cue notes to switch lighting from scene to scene and actor to actor at just the right moment with spotlights. We provided over ear mics for the actors and coordinated their cues as well with over ear mics Airwave HSD-Slimeline and SE Shure SLX Wireless Handheld Mics. Video was included for sponsor slides and presentations for the evening.

We provided lighting to accentuate these pieces. The hall was lit with effect lighting, uplighting, and spotlighting, using equipment such as Chauvet COLORdash Par, AMDJ ProPar56 CWWW, and the Chauvet COLORdash Batten.

We also provided audio for the songwriters with a full sound system with help from the A&H iLive T112 Digital Console and Shure SLX Wireless Handheld Mics. A short throw projector was used to place the logo on the wall and a slide was set up with our video equipment to display sponsors of the evening. After the main event, the lights became sound activated as the dj played tunes for the dance portion of the night.

It began with a bang on February 1st in Liberty Hall at the Factory at Franklin for Asurion and their offsite corporate meeting. Asurion employees gathered, filling up the hall for a day of presentations and informational updates for the company. For lighting, we arranged stage lighting and uplighting around the room. Dual screens and projectors topped off the video part of the night thanks to our scaler alternating seamlessly between Asurion’s logo,  PowerPoint presentations, DVD’s and Live IMAG. We used Vaddio robotic cameras to show magnified images of the speakers on the screens while they each presented. We set up confidence monitors so speakers could keep up with what they had to say. We also recorded audio and video to a laptop so the event could be uploaded to the client’s website. We had 10 wired mics placed at each podium on stage and we had wireless mics in the audience for Q&A. The entire event was broadcast live online using a program called WebEx so employees could log in online to participate from out-of-state.

Next, we went to the Embassy Suites in Coolsprings for a fundraiser for the Patricia Heart Society’s Heart to Heart After Dark on the 9th and the luncheon on the 10th. We provided the sound system and wireless mics. Creative design involved trusses with colors to suit the event.  Entertainment was provided by Centennial High School’s Acapella choir. We provided Airwave AT-Choir Mics for their performance. The esteemed speaker for the luncheon was the First Lady of Tennessee, Crissy Haslam. Funds were raised for the United Way of Williamson County.

The next day we turned the room at the Embassy Suites in Coolsprings into a dance floor for the Mardi Gras Ball. The dance acted as a fundraiser for My Friend’s House, which provides therapeutic services for children. The dance floor was massive. Four trusses were set up in each corner with white fabric and uplighting from inside. To give the dance floor energy, we added moving lights on top of each truss and to top it off, Italian globe lights were hung in a huge ‘X’ over the floor. Finally, the stage was lit up from the front by two lighting towers lined with Chauvet COLORdash Battens. Trusses lined with Springtree’s Multipar36-Tri Par Cans were placed behind the stage to create a cool silhouette effect on the performers as well.  Seven of our own Springtree Wireless DMX were used as well. This is an event we have worked with for many years now, and it is always fun to be apart of.

February 19th marked the NRB conference at the Opryland Hotel. We provided microphones, video, and creative design for Proclaiming Justice to the Nations in their Governor’s Ballroom. The setup included dual screens with dual projectors and a scaler for multiple inputs. Pipe and drape was placed from wall to wall behind the stage leaving room for “built-in” screens on both sides of the stage. We set up a wired intercom system for ourselves to communicate to each other during the show and provided wireless microphones for the speakers

Three Blind Vines was held February 24th at Liberty Hall at the Factory. The annual wine tasting event is held by the Next Generation Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson county to raise money for the Franklin Theater. Trusses were set up with white fabric and uplighting, along with moving lights on top for energy as people danced. Italian globe lighting was hung above the dance floor in a zig-zag design. Video was provided for a looping sponsor video. We ran sound for the live band, and Peter even participated in making announcements all evening. He loves doing that kind of stuff.

We had the privilege to work for the Nashville Symphony at their educational concert for local middle schools. Over 600 kids attended this hour long event. We provided video for a PowerPoint presentation. After each song, the conductor would stop and teach with it and interact with the students. The sound system and mic for the conductor was provided by us as well as lighting around the room, lighting up the whole front of the room and stage to emphasize the massive orchestra.

We were on site at Liberty Hall of the Factory at Franklin the day before getting equipment set up and ready for the big day. For this event, we provided an Allen & Heath iLive T112 digital console along with ten JBL VRX Line Array Speakers (five per side) and two JBL SRX728S subs. We used Shure SM58 microphones for vocals and SM57 microphones for instruments. The only exception was a Shure KSM9 microphone, which we used for Amy Grant’s vocals. For lighting, we wrapped trusses up in white fabric with an LED uplight inside for a nice effect. Uplighting was also used along the brick walls and columns in the room. A special gobo of Brightstone’s logo was made for the event  and several lights were added to make it a nice focal point. Springtree ran the sound and provided stage hands to keep things running smoothly.

In the end, the event was a huge success. Liberty Hall was packed and everyone had a blast raising money for a great cause. Brightstone is an organization that provides a supportive and engaging environment for adults with special needs. Many of their students attended the event and enjoyed going back stage to meet their favorite musical celebrities.

Fifth Annual Runway and Wine Event Raising Funds for Women’s and Children’s Charities A Vintage Affair hosts its Fifth annual “A Fashion Affair” (AFA) featuring 2006 EMMY award winning designerRANDALL CHRISTENSEN and his dance-wear courture as seen on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars(seasons 2-12).

AFA is a runway and wine event raising funds for women’s and children’s charities in Williamson County.  Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided by local restaurants and there will be a special musical performance.  The runway show, featuring DAN Agency models, will showcase clothing that would be seen in Vegas – from cocktail dresses to show costumes.

de significant financial contributions to various nonprofit organizations in Williamson County whose services benefit the community at large.  All funds contributed to the nonprofit organizations are designated for programs to support the well-being of women and children of need.

For the fifth year Springtree productions provided audio, lighting, and video production for the World Champion Productions Dance Expo. Uplighting on fabric created mood lighting, and truss lights added effect to the dance floor. Live video of the dancers was projected,  enabling seated guests to watch the dancing.

Liberty Hall – The Factory

Springtree had the opportunity to provide event and stage lighting for this magical transformation of  Liberty Hall for HRC Medical by Nashville Event Planning.   The band featured Chicago and  Bobby Kimble from Toto. HRC Medical is the nation’s LEADER in natural hormone replacement therapy. The draping at this event was provided by another vendor, however Springtree Productions does offer fabric and draping services and we are able to provide this look.
